Total Body Defence is a committee run Self Defence organisation, with the aim of providing practical self-defence tuition to all levels of student, irrespective of race, age, gender and ability. This dynamic system of self-defence incorporates footwork, striking and grappling, with little of the locks and throws seen in some traditional martial arts. We are affiliated/registered with the B.N.M.A.A. and offer full insurance to students.
