The AHF is a western martial arts group that trains and practices all forms of armed western combat, including longsword, rapier and dagger, sword and shield etc. The instructors of the AHF all have a minimum of ten years experience in the field and training sessions are kept fun and enjoyable whilst developing students as western martial artists. Training consists of structured partner training and free form competitive sparring. The group currently trains twice a week on Fridays and Sundays, all members must be 18 years or older.
